Limitations and alternatives
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of GradGuard's Website, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.
Known limitations for GradGuard's Website:
- Alt tags & link descriptions: Some images are missing alternative text and some links are missing robust descriptions because we recently went through an audit which pointed out these items which were missing. We are in the process of updating every alt tag and link description to help provide full accessibility. If there are outstanding questions or difficulties, please contact us either through chat, email or phone on gradguard.com/contact-us.
- Full Keyboard Accessibility: Some navigation menu items require tabbing rather than arrow key navigation because the menu content is not setup with full keyboard navigation capabilities. We are actively working to implement a fix and test this in order to ensure full accessibility. Tabbing through the menu either on top of the page or in the footer will allow access to all pages.
